3. What if I accidentally make a duplicate payment?

Delivery
4. Where does Flowers Valley LLC deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa, and Sacramento Metropolitan Area. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our location to the delivery address.
5. How much does delivery cost?
- 0 to 5 miles: $10
- 5 to 10 miles: $15
- 10 to 20 miles: $20
- 20 to 30 miles: $25
- 30+ miles: $40
The exact fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
6. Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we can deliver to hospitals, but we cannot deliver to Intensive Care Units (ICU) or Critical Care Units (CCU) due to hospital policies. If the recipient is in an ICU or CCU, we will hold the order and deliver the freshest products once they are moved to a regular room.

We cannot offer refunds for floral arrangements that have been made and delivered, even if the address provided was incorrect. Refunds are available for orders that have not yet been made, typically if canceled 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Please review your order carefully before submission.

10. Can I include a personal message with my order?
Yes! You can add a private and confidential message for the recipient during the checkout process. We’ll ensure it’s included with your floral composition.
11. Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo on the website?
The photo represents the overall theme, style, and color scheme of the arrangement. Due to factors like weather, seasonality, and market availability, substitutions of flowers or containers may occur. Our florists will preserve the essence of your selection and only substitute with items of equal or higher value.
12. What if a flower I want isn’t available?
If a specific flower is unavailable, our florists will substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or higher value to maintain the style and theme of your arrangement. We strive to meet your expectations while working with seasonal availability.

We recommend ordering at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery. For same-day delivery, please check availability on our website or contact us directly.
