Substitution Policy
In some cases, the flower arrangement photo represents a general theme that may not be replicated exactly. While the bouquet may vary slightly, its overall style and mood will be maintained. Substitutions (flowers, vases, wraps, or packaging) may occur due to seasonality or availability. If needed, the florist will ensure the design and color palette remain consistent and will use items of equal or greater value.
Care Instructions
for Your Bouquet
1. Unwrap with Care
Gently remove the wrapping paper upon delivery to allow your flowers to breathe. Be careful not to damage the stems or blooms.
2. Trim the Stems
Using sharp scissors or a knife, cut about 1 inch off the bottom of each stem at a 45-degree angle. This helps the flowers absorb water more effectively. Re-trim every 2-3 days to maintain freshness.
3. Place in Fresh Water
Fill a clean vase with lukewarm water and place your bouquet inside. Add the included flower food packet (if provided) to nourish the blooms and extend their life.
4. Keep It Cool
Position your bouquet away from direct sunlight, heat sources (like radiators), and drafts. A cool, shaded spot is ideal to prevent wilting.
5. Change the Water Regularly
Replace the water every 2 days to keep it clean and bacteria-free. Remove any leaves below the waterline to avoid decay.
6. Enjoy the Beauty
With proper care, your wrapped bouquet can stay fresh for up to 7-10 days or longer, depending on the flower varieties. Remove any wilting petals or leaves to keep it looking its best.
