Care Instructions
for Your Flowers
in a Vase
1. Check the Water Level Daily
Your flowers are already arranged in water, but they still need regular hydration. Check the water level daily and top it off with clean, lukewarm water as needed.
2. Keep the Vase Clean
Using sharp scissors or a knife, cut about 1 inch off the bottom of each stem at a 45-degree angle. This helps the flowers absorb water more effectively. Re-trim every 2-3 days to maintain freshness.
3. Avoid Direct Sunlight & Heat
Place your arrangement in a cool area, away from direct sunlight, heaters, or cold drafts. These conditions can cause flowers to wilt prematurely.
4. Remove Spent Blooms
Carefully snip away any wilting petals or leaves to keep the arrangement looking beautiful and to prevent bacteria from spreading.
5. No Need to Re-cut Stems
Since your flowers are professionally arranged in a vase, there’s no immediate need to trim the stems. However, if refreshing the water after several days, you may trim ½ inch off the stems to encourage water uptake.
6. Enjoy the Elegance
With just a little attention, your vase arrangement can stay stunning for 7–10 days or more. Enjoy its beauty and fragrance in your space!
